The item was marked as delivered by the post office, but I never received it. When I contacted the seller, I was told to reach out to the post office. However, the post office directed me back to the seller. Unfortunately, the shop provided little assistance in resolving the issue. I ended up having to re-order because half of my family already has these shirts, turning what should have been a single purchase into an $80 expense. Despite the delivery receipt stating it was delivered, the original order never arrived.
