Item arrived 45 minutes drive from my home…so I never saw it…I am writing about an inconsistent delivery service. Not everyone has: a license, a car, two legs…the hallmark of a mail order service is the quality of its distribution service, above all else. Poorly received, the service providers shift the responsibility and I am told: “you have to say hello and goodbye” infantilization of the dissatisfied customer. meanwhile, the amount is debited until the item is returned, which constitutes a good cash flow... in short... I'm not saying goodbye Sincerely ?

bonjour, je suis étonnée de cet avis après l’échange que nous avons eu par téléphone. Je vous ai soumis plusieurs solutions et vous aviez l’air plutôt satisfaite. L’échange etait cordial et la preuve que ce n’est pas de mon fait était clair avec le suivi chronopost. C’est dommage d’être aussi malveillante.
