Timemore Sculptor 064 / 064s - Single Dose Hopper & Optional Bellows Combo For Zero Retention

Upgrade your Timemore Sculptor 064 or 064S with my 3D-printed single dose hopper for a frustration-free dosing experience, whether you slow feed or dose all at once. The most important feature is its effective anti-popcorn design. Pairing it with my optional custom silicone bellows helps ensure you get exactly what you put into the grinder for each dose, with up to 0.0g retention on each grind*, all while aesthetically matching the grinder.

Adapted from the hopper I made for its bigger brother, the Sculptor 078/S, it features all the same features.

- Reliable Anti-Popcorning. Whether you dose all at once or slow feed, the beans and fragments stay within the hopper and flow into the - grinder.
- Matching Aesthetics. The single dose hopper replaces the original stock hopper while maintaining its cylindrical aesthetic motifs, with a - textured outer surface to match the grinder's surface.
- Strongly Anchored. Simple installation uses both stock screws (not included) to securely attach to the grinder, taking just a minute or - two. Also makes use of the stock silicone screw hole plugs (not included) to plug up the screw holes.
- Optional Bellows. While the grinder's Rotary Knocker is already very effective at reducing retention, my custom silicone bellows can take - it a step further to help bring that retention down to 0.0g* when both are used.
- Compact Design. All the critical features listed above, condensed into an optimally small form factor.
- O-Ring Seal. Built-in groove at the bottom of the hopper with a silicone o-ring for an extra effective hopper seal.
- Included Lid. Helps keep the hopper dust free, like when left for an extended period of time. Lid can cover over the bellows if there is one sitting in the hopper.

[Tools Required For Installation]
- Long and small diameter (under 4.5mm) phillips 1 tip screwdriver. Make sure the tip matches exactly, and exercise extra caution because the screws are easy to strip.

[Important Note About Screws]
The 2 stock screws that come with the grinder can easily strip, so take extra caution when removing and screwing in the hopper. Use a screwdriver that fits the screw shape exactly. Do not over-tighten. In the event of needing a replacement for the screw, use a M2.5 screw that has a length of about 6.7mm in length. The diameter of the head should be smaller than 5.0mm to fit into the hole. For reasons unknown, the stock screw heads have a square shape, which makes it an extra tight fit in the screw holes of this hopper in some situations. Replacing the screw with a circular head will alleviate the situation. I recommend getting the extra screws and not using the stock screws during installation of this hopper.

- Retention may range from 0.0g to 0.2g in some situations, as noted below.
- Grinding immediately after cleaning the inside of the grinder may lead to increased retention for a few doses.
- Changing the grind size may also result in some retention.
- Using darker roasts may cause more retention than lighter roasts.
- The RDT (Ross Droplet Technique) is not recommended.
- Best results can be achieved with lighter roasted beans and a consistent grind size setting.
- This listing does not include the grinder, the stock hopper, or the screws and silicone plugs shown in the photos.
- Due to differences in materials, the color of the hopper may not perfectly match the grinder’s color, though I’ve sourced the closest possible shade of PLA.
- Because of the properties of white 3D printing material, the white hopper may appear slightly translucent under certain lighting conditions, revealing a cellular pattern inside.
