Shipping is provided with tracking, and the tracking number will be shared with you. Buyers are responsible for monitoring the status of their parcels.
For orders over $300 CAD per item (excluding shipping and taxes), a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
We are not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen, undeliverable, unclaimed, or missing, and no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases. Buyers agree that no legal recourse will be taken against the seller in any of these situations.

Damage in Transit
Once a package has left our possession, we are not liable for any damages incurred during transit or upon opening. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery so we may assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
You must retain the original shipping box, item, and all packing materials for the claim process. Our assistance with a shipping claim does not constitute an admission of liability nor does it guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
