What is the turnaround time?

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush availability depends on the product and our current schedule. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please message us before placing your order with the following details so we can check for you: 1. Required delivery date 2. Product listing link or name 3. Quantity needed 4. Style and color (for apparel, if applicable) 5. Complete shipping address

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We begin processing orders quickly, and once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-to-order process.

Return and Exchange Policy?

As all of our items are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a major issue caused by us. Eligible cases may include: 1. Incorrect design or wrong item received 2. Poor print quality (e.g. blurry or misaligned images) 3. Item is significantly different from the product description 4. Damaged or defective item 5. Order shipped to the wrong address due to our error If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us via Etsy message with photos so we can assist you promptly.

What should you do when you receive the wrong / damaged / defective or missing item?

1. Take clear photos showing the issue with the item (e.g. incorrect design, damage, defect). 2. Include a photo of the shipping label attached to the packaging. 3. Send all images and details to us via Etsy Messages. Once we receive your message, we’ll review the issue and provide a timely resolution. Thank you for your understanding!

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps: 1. Double-check your mailbox, porch, and surrounding areas. 2. Ask your neighbors or building staff — sometimes packages are picked up by mistake. 3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number for more detailed information. If the package is still not found, please message us with a summary of the steps you've taken. We’ll be happy to assist you further.

How to upload the photos?

- To help us process your request efficiently, please send high-resolution images via Etsy Messages by clicking the “Upload images” button in the chat. How to order multiple items in one order? To purchase multiple items in a single order, please follow these steps: 1. On each product listing, select the desired options from the drop-down menu. 2. Clearly enter your customization details in the Personalization box (please refer to any example provided, if available). 3. Choose the quantity you’d like for that item. 4. Click Add to Cart. Repeat the process for additional items, then proceed to checkout when you're ready.

Additional shipping price?

Please note that orders shipped to the following locations may require an additional shipping fee: APO, AE, FPO, PR, VI, HI, GU, DPO, and AK. Kindly be aware that we are unable to accept cancellations for orders placed with these addresses once the purchase is completed, as shipping rates and timelines may vary.
