📮 Why has my item not arrived yet?

📮 Where can I find my tracking number?

For UK customers, or international customer who have purchased a tracking upgrade, you'll be able to track your parcel directly from your Etsy account. All international parcels are sent untracked and uninsured as standard, unless an upgrade was purchased at check out (as per all our listing descriptions).

📮 What are the US shipping and tariff policies?

For the USA, all tariffs and handling fees are already included in the shipping price. No extra charges on delivery. All other countries may be subject to customs fees on arrival, to be paid by the customer.

I haven't received anything despite the delivery date being well past. There are plenty of other, more professional sellers out there, so move on from this one.

Hi Lancelot, Apologies that you haven’t received your order within Etsy’s estimated delivery window. This is an estimate only and for most customers I find it doesn't always sync up accurately with Royal Mail. You also opted to choose our most affordable postage option which comes without tracking, as transparently detailed across all our listings. Provided there are no issues with the delivery address you provided, your package should still arrive and is just delayed. As we discussed, it can take up to 10 workings days past the estimated window for orders to arrive before they are considered lost and we can possibly look into options for you (currently we are only 2 workings days past your estimate).
