How quickly can you dispatch?

The estimated delivery date will be shown on each listing under delivery info. Please note this is estimated and not guaranteed. Please message before placing any urgent orders, I do not prioritise orders, they are each handmade in the order they are placed. No orders are posted same day or next day, I receive a large amount of orders a day and work on my own around my 2 young children. I can’t work any faster I’m afraid.

When will I receive my item?

You should receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately I cannot tell you what day your order will arrive, once it has been posted, delivery is out of my control. If you have a problem with your order, you must get in touch within 7 days.

How do I personalise my order?
