I was so excited to get this. However, when it came, i didnt love it. I really wish they would have sent proofs. Her name is not centered under the paw print & the paw print paint is not even. The dog is not attached. Contacted seller & they are making a new one that is centered.

An amazing work of art! I admit that I was worried about whether or not the seller would be able to replicate my cat’s fur as it is more so different undertones than a majority color/pattern, but I was beyond impressed! Her little figurine was obviously made with so much care and attention to detail. The customization was definitely worth it. The seller was kind enough to follow up on my order soon after placing (I didn’t select the right option, oops) and didn’t make a fuss about the inconvenience. For my order, it took a total of 6 weeks from ordering to delivery which is a very fast production time considering the detail. I cried upon opening the box. I cannot thank you enough for your talent and role in creating my pet’s final resting place ♥️
