Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to work with your custom requests and to personalize our accessories! Contact me with requests including design alterations, color options, verbiage, etc. We have done everything from bridal party gift totes with a personalized phrase, to accessories with an entirely different design on them. These types of orders are always fun, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Cottage Harbor Homes does not accept returns or exchanges at this time for our made to order items. However if you have a problem with your order, or it arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP! Vintage items can be returned, in the exact condition they were delivered in, however the buyer must pay the return shipping costs. If an item arrives broken or damaged in some way, please contact me quickly and we will report it to Etsy.

Care instructions have been included with each listings description, as it varies based on materials used. Most of my items however, are hand painted on canvas, which will shrink a little if put in a washing machine. Font or design may fade slightly but not after the first wash. Spot cleaning is preferred on the pillow covers and totes, however washing inside out, on a cold cycle is best for an overall wash. Totes will be super soft after drying on a low heat cycle. The tea towels are also machine wash/dry-able!

Can I order items in bulk?

Yes! We frequently fulfill bulk orders and even offer a discount if over 10 items are purchased. Contact us for more info!

Wholesale availability

We are pleased to offer wholesale prices for retailers who would like to sell our items! Though we are an online shop, we love to support brick and mortars! Cottage Harbor Homes already sells wholesale to several small shops in the NJ area, but we would love to expand our horizons. My package is lost or delayed in the mail. What can be done?

Cottage Harbor Homes is not responsible for any package that has been lost by the postal services or that has experienced a delayed delivery. We work hard to process orders in a timely fashion and get them in the mail on, or more often before our processing time of 3-5 business days. If you are experiencing an issue regarding your package please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help find/track/update you on its status, but please understand that once it's been shipped, it's out of our control. We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to these issues.
