All headbands measure 1 inch from the top and become more narrow nearing the bottom/behind the ears - approximately measuring half an inch.

How do the headbands fit?

Our headbands are a one-size-fits-most, they also resemble the fit of the ears sold in the parks! If you or your little one can fit in the park headbands, you will more than likely also fit in ours. We also offer a DIY headband grip strip that you may purchase with any pair of ears to avoid headband sliding. This add-on option is available in all listings for only an additional $1.50.

Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

Because all of our magic wear items are wearable (crewnecks and headbands), we currently do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds after an order has been shipped/delivered due to hygienic purposes.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail or stolen after delivery?

Unfortunately, once an item is dropped off for shipment at USPS, it is out of our hands and we cannot reimburse or replace lost items/orders. We encourage any buyer that faces this situation to get in contact with USPS for further guidance/assistance.

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, we are more than willing to cancel an unwanted order as long as the order has not been created or shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery if you received the incorrect item(s) or if your order presents any issues. We will work promptly to look further into your order and take the appropriate steps to get you the Magic Wear items you ordered. We are not held responsible for any possible damages caused to orders or items while in transit, and we cannot provide any reimbursements or replacements for damaged items. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging to ensure that all items are ready to be received. If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please contact your local USPS as soon as possible to file a claim.
