Frank communicated very well and quickly answered questions I had. Shipping was very prompt. Only issues I had with the item was, the part that goes into the cigarette lighter plug in was loose and the head of it will not swivel. It only goes up and down.

Everything went perfectly. The mount is robust and well-built, so I feel it will last a long time. The MagSafe charger fits securely. High temperatures prevail in the car, so the material will be subjected to considerable wear and tear in the future.
