What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

We cannot provide a refund or redeliver an order that is shipped to an incorrect address. Please double check your shipping address is correct at checkout. Will I be charged import or government taxes?

Your order will be printed and shipped by the print partner closest to your location to avoid or minimalize any of these additional costs. If any import duties, customs charges or vat charges are applied to an order, it is the customers responsibility to pay these charges.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

As every item is made to order we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after an order has been processed. That said, we want you to absolutely love your purchase and be 100% satisfied, so if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via Etsy messages within 7 days of delivery. Providing an image will make it is easier for us to handle your issue.

All images in our shop are copyrighted and are for personal use only - in your home, business or public place. Artwork curated or created by COCO+LILLI should not be resold or replicated.

How do I make sure the colors are exactly as seen on Etsy?

Due to variations in device display settings, screen resolutions and color settings, the colors of the finished printed product may vary slightly. Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

As every item is made-to-order we cannot offer refunds. If an item breaks in shipment please contact the shipping courier to make a claim. Note that when submitting a claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging if proof of damage is required. **Note that any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

What if my package is delayed or lost in transit?

We are not liable for packages that are delayed or lost by the shipping carrier, as these situations are beyond our control. Once an item is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with them. ★ To help ENSURE SMOOTH DELIVERY of your order, kindly provide a CONTACT PHONE NUMBER with your order details. ★ In the rare event that an item is not delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly in the first instance. Any reports of undelivered items must be submitted to us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. If the item is subsequently sold at a discounted price we cannot refund the difference to customers who purchased an item before a sale.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged or in poor condition, we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage (the product and packaging) so we can investigate the issue. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with issues raised more than 7 days after the delivery date, or where photographic evidence is not provided. We do not offer refunds but can offer a replacement product.
