At Sanchan, your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or faulty due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it with pictures/video of the problem. We will quickly remedy the situation by either replacing the item free of charge or issuing a refund, at your request. Returns are not required for replacement. As our items are custom made-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any other reason. This includes ordering the wrong size, color or other personal preferences, as well as changes to shipping details after the order is placed.

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase, as long as production has not begun. Once item creation starts, cancellations can no longer be accepted due to incurred time and material costs. We appreciate your understanding. We aim to resolve issues to your satisfaction, as long as damage/mistakes weren't customer-caused during transit or use. Thank you for your business.

For the most accurate visuals, use the sRGB color profile for your monitor screen and turn off night mode (yellow/orange screen hues). ● Upon arrival, your mousepad may have a faint odor due to the printing process. If this occurs, lay the mat flat in a well-ventilated space for 48 hours to allow the odor to dissipate. The mat will also flatten out perfectly during this time. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please message us right away so we can help. :)
