Tea Aug 17, 2025

I recently purchased a Persian print, and it has completely transformed my space. The design is rich with cultural symbolism and artistic finesse—every line and motif tells a story. The colors are vibrant yet refined, capturing the essence of Persian aesthetics with grace and sophistication. The print quality is outstanding, with crisp details and a luxurious finish that makes it feel like a true work of art. It’s clear that great care was taken in both the creation and presentation of the piece. The service was just as impressive. Communication was smooth and friendly, and the print arrived securely packaged and right on time. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and the seller’s genuine passion for Persian art.

PERSIAN MINIATURE FINE ART | Shahnameh & Conference of the Birds - Giclée Print

Two of the most celebrated works in Persian miniature painting, available as museum-quality giclée prints. Choose your artwork at checkout.

- - - ZAL RESCUED BY THE SIMURGH - - -

This breathtaking 16th century illustration comes from the Shahnama (Book of Kings) — the Persian national epic written by the poet Ferdowsi. It depicts one of the most beloved scenes in all of Persian mythology: the rescue of the infant Zal by the mythical Simurgh. Cast out at birth because of his white hair, perceived as an ill omen, Zal is carried by the great Simurgh to the safety of her mountain nest, where he is raised among the clouds. The blazing amber mountain, the radiant phoenix in flight against a deep blue sky, and the gilded border make this one of the most visually spectacular images in the Persian manuscript tradition. It is generally accepted that this copy of the Shahnama was produced for Shah Abbas the Great, shortly after his accession in 1587 — making this a masterpiece of the Safavid golden age of Persian art.

- - - CONCOURSE OF THE BIRDS - - -

Painted by Persian master Habiballah of Sava in the 16th century, this work is considered one of the finest illustrations in all of Islamic art. Created for Farid al-Din Attar's mystical poem 'The Conference of the Birds' (Mantiq al-Tayr), it depicts an assembly of birds gathered in an idyllic landscape before embarking on their spiritual quest for the Simurgh. In Sufi tradition the Simurgh represents ultimate divine unity, and each bird symbolizes the individual soul searching for its source. The journey of the birds is the journey of the human spirit.

Both artworks are rich in warm gold, amber, teal, and earthy tones — a naturally cohesive pair that works beautifully as a gallery wall.

These pieces are a wonderful choice if you are looking for:
• Persian art or Shahnameh miniature prints with genuine museum quality
• A stunning Simurgh or mythical bird art print for any interior
• Iranian or Safavid Persian art with deep historical and spiritual meaning
• A meaningful and impressive Ramadan, Eid, or housewarming gift
• Richly colored vintage art that brings warmth and depth to any room
• A gallery wall pair with a cohesive mythological story
