Who does Una Pluma use for shipping?

All orders will be sent via USPS mail and the buyer will receive a tracking number (USA order only) once the order has shipped. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note Una Pluma is not responsible, nor has knowledge of, duties and taxes imposed on international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed.

Custom and personalized orders

We are unable to fill custom orders at this time.

All Una Pluma garments can be machine washed. We recommend hang drying or drying on low heat in the dryer.

Please feel free to contact us with any sizing questions and we will do our best to help you select the size that will work best for you.

Return Policy and restock fee

We are excited to offer free shipping to USA customers and in order to make that possible ALL returns are subject to a $5.00 restock fee. This fee is per order. We are happy to exchange any items (except unders and socks) in original condition. Returns and exchanges are sent back to our shop at the buyers expense and we will ship any exchanges back to you at our expense. Feel free to contact us with any questions—we are here to help! In order to qualify for a refund, you will need to ship items back to us within 7 days from receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the garment is returned in the original (unworn and unwashed) condition. We DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges on international orders.

Our Parisian Plaid Linen Joggers are made from our lightweight soft and breathable linen organic cotton jersey fabric. They feature two deep front pockets with a patch of ruched sewing details. The fabric is a beautiful pastel lavender color printed with sunshine yellow lines. The waist band and cuffs are also ruched. The waist band is extra long, you can tuck in your shirt for a cute high-waisted look or wear the band rolled over for a hip hugging fit. We designed these pants with the comfort of sweats but the style of street wear in mind. Dress them up or down, you won't want to taken them off.

Arrived quickly but unfortunately these pants started pilling on the inseam after one wear and came with a small hole in the crotch that will only get bigger with time.
