What if my package is lost in transit?

In cases where an order is sent back to us because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it for any reason, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct delivery address with a valid contact number.

I received my order today but some items are missing. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders containing several items may be shipped separately since we use different print partners. We promise that all of your items will arrive. If you are unable to see the tracking for some items, please contact us.

How are your products printed?

Our products are DTG printed (direct-to-garment). Ink is printed into the fabric. The result is soft and long-lasting.
