I am not good with computers!

I’m not good with computers. Can I still use your Corjl templates? Absolutely! You don’t need to be tech-savvy to use Corjl. It’s a very intuitive platform, and you can even test out the editing process before purchasing. Detailed step-by-step instructions are provided with every order, and of course, I'm always here to help if you need a hand.

Can I use my phone or tablet for editing the template?

Yes, you can—but please note that mobile devices only allow basic edits like changing text and images. For full customization (such as moving elements, changing fonts, colors, etc.), it's best to use a desktop or laptop. Also, for the smoothest experience, I recommend using Google Chrome as your browser.

Do I need to download any software?

No software needed! You can edit your template directly in your internet browser using Corjl's online editing tools.

Do I need to download any fonts?

Nope! All fonts used in the templates are included within the Corjl platform, and you’ll have access to a wide variety of styles.

What can I customize on the template?

Almost everything—depending on the template. You can: * Edit, move, or delete text * Change fonts, colors, and sizes * Upload your own images * Add new text or photos You cannot: * Resize the template or change its dimensions (e.g. from 5"x7" to 8"x10") * Change or edit the illustrations, artwork, or decorative graphics — these are part of the fixed design * Move or recolor background elements if they are part of the original artwork and they are locked.

How can I crop or resize my photos?

You can crop or resize your images using free online tools like: picresize.com, imageresize.org, befunky.com Keep in mind that Corjl supports image uploads up to 6MB. If you run into trouble, just send me a message

How do I print the template?

You have several options: 🖨️ Printing at home: Be sure to select 100% or Actual Size in your printer settings (avoid “Scale to Fit”). Use high-quality card stock for best results. 🏪 Printing at a local print shop: Save your file to a USB drive or email it, depending on the printer’s requirements. PDF files are recommended for text-heavy designs, while JPEG files are ideal for photo-based prints. 📦 Printing online: I’ve partnered with Prints of Love, a trusted printing service known for excellent quality and fast delivery. As a bonus, my clients receive a special discount code! You’ll find more information and the code attached to your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the product, I’m unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, I truly want you to be happy with your order! Please be sure to try the demo before purchasing, and if you experience any issues or feel unsatisfied, reach out to me — I’ll always do my best to help and make things right.

How long will I be able to access my template?

You’ll have 60 days to access and edit your template after purchase. If you need a bit more time, just send me a message — I’m happy to extend access within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that templates are intended for one-time personal use, so access requests made several months or more after purchase may require purchasing a new template.

Do I need to be experienced with Canva to use your templates?

Canva is a very intuitive and user-friendly platform, but if you haven’t used it before, I recommend trying out the free version to get familiar with its tools and features before purchasing a template. This will make editing much easier and more enjoyable! All my templates are designed to be fully editable using Canva’s free version. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to customize them. Some Canva elements are marked with a small crown icon, indicating they are Pro features. If you use any of these Pro elements, Canva will charge you for them separately. To avoid extra charges, please stick to the free elements included in the template.
