I offer pre-designed special event templates which can be customized by you! All this can be done through a web application named Templett whom has a partnership with Etsy. It is an easy to use template editor which allows you to edit almost everything within the template, including font color, font size, font type, wording, line and text spacing, background, and more!

What do I need to know about Templett?

• You will need a computer or laptop to edit the files (not compatible with phones or tablets) • You will need to create an account with Templett to access your files (free to use) • Full access to your files, unlimited downloads and no expiration date • Almost any feature on the template(s) can be edited • Our templates are editable only through the Templett website/application • Templett only offers PDF & JPEG files • Google Chrome web browser is best for Templett, you may experience issues with other web browsers • To view your PDF, you will need a PDF reader installed on your computer - Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

How do I access my templates?

Soon after your purchase has been made (up to 10 minutes) you will receive an email from Templett directing you to create an account and to gain access to your templates. (please check your junk mail) Please note - The files are not in your Etsy account, they will only appear on Templett. Your order can be accessed by using your email address or your order number. If you are having trouble getting access to your email, please see the link below: https://help.templett.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021133911-I-Don-t-Have-Access-To-My-Email Please keep in mind to not use Apple ID when checking out with your order as Apple ID does not provide an email address, therefore you will not receive your purchased templates.

Can I edit my templates on a tablet or mobile phone?

Unfortunately Templett does not currently support phone or tablets You will need to have access to a computer or laptop to access your templates for editing

I would like to print my files professionally, where should I go?

We have a corresponding store on Zazzle which has all our Etsy products + more! Here you can access physical prints which are delivered to your doorstep. Please go to the link below to see our physical store: https://www.zazzle.com.au/store/bigdayout OR You can print through places such as OfficeMax, Staples, Walgreens, Officeworks etc. You can print anywhere that accepts 5x7" size files in JPEG or PDF format, please check to see what format they prefer. They are most likely to ask for your files to be saved with the “Show Bleed” option enabled.

How do I print from home?

When downloading the final PDF at Templett you will be able to select 2 templates per page ('Save Paper' turned on), trim marks and bleed. You have two options of printing onto US letter or directly onto A4 size cardstock. Make sure your print settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual Size' and your print quality settings are the highest possible. We do not recommend printing straight onto 5x7" size cardstock as this will create a white border around the edge of your whole design. Print at home (with options to print multiple cards per U.S. Letter or A4 sheet, or directly onto card stock). When downloading the final PDF at Templett, you can choose “Safe Paper” or “Trim Marks,” perfect for printing at home.

What envelopes should I use for 5x7 invitations?

Size A7 envelopes are the best size to use for invitations.

Can I add my own images?

Yes you can! Just drag and drop the file into the left panel of Templett and allow a few moment for the image to download. From there, you can select the image and it will then appear on your template, ready for editing!

Can i change the color of the graphics?

This will vary for each template, some graphics can be changed where others cannot. We recommend trying a demo version of the template you are looking as purchasing to see if the graphics color can be changed. To access the demo version of your template, please see the link to that particular listing. To change the color, select the graphic and hover your mouse over the top panel to the filter icon (third from the left). Here you will be able to change the color by sliding the hue panel left or right.

Previous Templett customers

If you've been a previous customer, you will not need to wait for the access email to come through. Instead, just go to Templett straight after your purchase was made and log into your account to access your templates. If you have made a purchase associating Templett before and then have changed your email address on Etsy, you will still remain linked to your original Templett account. There is no need to create another Templett account each time your email is changed through Etsy.
