Ordering tips and personalization guidelines: Provide the exact text you want printed, specify preferred placement (center chest, left chest, back), and indicate preferred font styles or color choices when applicable. If you are ordering multiple shirts for a group, include a list of names and sizes to ensure accurate customization. Lead times and production schedules depend on current order volume; if you need a rush order, contact us prior to purchasing so we can confirm availability.

Quality and materials: These shirts are produced using fabric and printing techniques chosen for durability and comfort. Solid color tees are made from 100% cotton for a classic feel, while heather options offer a softer, blended texture with 65/35 polyester/cotton. The retail fit is designed to be flattering and wearable for a wide range of body types. Because each shirt is custom printed, ink placement and color may vary slightly in a way that is unique to each item—this is part of the handcrafted quality you can expect from our shop.

Customization services: We accept custom text and designs provided by customers. Files for full-color artwork should be submitted in high resolution when possible. If you need assistance preparing a design or selecting fonts and colors, reach out and we will work with you to achieve the look you want. We can reproduce simple logos, monograms, names, dates, and short phrases; complex artwork may require consultation to ensure the best print quality.

Shipping and handling: Orders are made to order and processed after personalization is confirmed. Shipping times are estimated based on production and carrier services available at the time of purchase. If tracking is provided, we will share tracking information once the package has shipped. Please verify shipping addresses carefully at checkout to avoid delays.

# Care instructions

• Machine wash in cold water.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry low.
• Iron on low heat with the shirt inside out.
• Never iron directly over the design.

Follow these care instructions to help preserve print quality and fabric appearance. Washing inside out and using low heat for drying will extend the life of the design and keep colors looking fresh.

# Returns and exchanges

Because our shirts are customized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise. In case of a dispute, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

If an item arrives damaged or with a printing error that was not requested, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos and order details so we can review and assist. While we cannot accept returns for custom items made to customer specifications, we will evaluate issues and, when appropriate, offer reprints or remedies.
