We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing — the design is printed directly into the fabric for a soft, clean, and long-lasting finish. This method allows vibrant, full-color designs and a soft-touch feel.

• Production time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends). • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S. only). Most customers receive their order within 4–8 days from purchase. Orders are shipped using different carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce Expedited, and OnTrac, depending on your shipping address. Please note that the estimated delivery date shown on Etsy is not always accurate. It is an approximate date based on recent orders. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and can take a few days longer than the estimated date shown after placing your order. Need it faster? Yes — if you message me within 1 hour of ordering and production hasn’t started, I can make changes. After production begins, edits are not guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to help.

🔹 Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

All items are made to order, so I do not accept returns or exchanges for size/color preferences. Please double-check the size and color charts in the listing before placing your order. Damaged or incorrect item? Please message me with photos within 14 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are not guaranteed. Therefore, once the delivery is complete, I recommend opening the package, trying on the product, and checking it as soon as possible. Want to cancel? • You can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. • After that, production may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.

🔹 My shirt has a slight odor. Is that normal?

Yes — DTG printing sometimes leaves a mild pre-treatment smell, especially with dark colors. This is harmless and will go away after the first wash or airing out. If a strong odor remains after washing, contact me with a photo and I’ll help right away.

I really love the color of the tee shirt (crunchberry) and the writing on the front saying "summer vibes" in the bright cool colors. All cotton which is great too but why are the shirts so big? I thought these were for ladies and more fitted but it is like a man's tee shirt. I didn't realize but will wear it to bed or around my apartment.
