When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order and generally take 2–4 business days to prepare. Occasionally, it may take up to 7 business days. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

Orders move into production very quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible once submitted. If it’s been 1–3 hours since placing your order, message me and I’ll do my best to help. Once an order is in production, has tracking, or is in transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Why isn’t my tracking showing updates?

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to start updating after being generated. "Pre-Transit" status means the package is awaiting its first scan, not that it's delayed. Please allow 10 full business days for U.S. orders and 30 business days for international orders before assuming a package is missing.

When will my order be delivered? (U.S. Customers)

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, but exact transit times can vary. For delivery issues, your local USPS office can often assist faster and more accurately than I can. Always provide them with your tracking number for the quickest help. I'm also happy to assist if you need further support!

Why are some items missing from my order?

Orders with multiple items may ship separately for a few reasons, including: * Different production partners * Varying processing times * Stock availability Each item will have its own tracking number when it ships, available in your order history.

What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If reshipment isn’t possible, a store credit will be issued for the item price (minus any discounts used, a 10% restocking fee, and postage fees).

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are not accepted at this time, but exchanges are available. * Contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. * Original shipping costs are non-refundable. * Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Unauthorized returns (without prior communication) will not be accepted.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

I personally handle any issues on a case-by-case basis and will always make sure you’re taken care of. Please message me directly with photos of any issue for the fastest and smoothest resolution.
