LEATHER COLOR
Select a color you love, and we’ll help you make it one of a kind. Please note that leather is a natural product and every leather hide has its own unique characteristics. Color and grain nuances are normal and can vary from hide to hide. The metal hardware like zippers (puller design) and accessories may vary from those in pictures depending upon availability.

LINING COLOR
Choose from the standard polyester lining, quilted lining, faux fur or our premium printed lining collection to add individuality to your jacket.


PERSONAL MONOGRAM
Get your custom jacket monogrammed. It tells the world that just like your name, your custom jacket is just that – yours. For someone who enjoys a well-crafted, handmade leather jacket, there is nothing quite like the understated pleasure of seeing your name or message (max. 15 letters) beautifully embroidered into the inside of your jacket.

STANDARD FIT
If you know your jacket size, you can select standard size by the help of size chart.

CUSTOM FIT
You have the option of ordering our jackets in a fit that is most comfortable to you. It is important to note that leather garments are crafted from tailored leather panels which do not contain elastic properties common to many modern day fabrics such as a jumper, stretchy top, or loose fitting top. Therefore, when selecting a fit in a leather garment you should consider how you are going to wear it.

Fitted / Fashion Fitted – intended to provide a snug fit jacket. Individuals of an average build desiring to wear a thin jumper and a little bit of additional room should typically order Semi-fitted jacket. If the tummy or waist measurement is wider than the chest this jacket fit style will not be suitable.

Semi-Fitted – shaped garment with room allowance for a thin top or thin fine knit jumper and to provide a smart fit. If the waist or tummy measurement is wider than the chest measurement this garment style is unlikely to be suitable if you wish to fasten the jacket.

Regular Fit – smart fit with room allowance for a thin knit jumper. This fit is also suitable for an individual whose tummy or waist measurement is wider than the chest measurement.

Comfort Fit – to allow comfort when wearing a standard jumper (not a chunky jumper), these garments tend to be straight cut.

Always take the true measurement don't pull the measuring tape tight or give any ease. When taking the measurements stand upright, don't slouch or bend over to read the measuring tape as this won't give you a true measurement.

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Everything Bespoke, we care very much about your experience and satisfaction. While we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns, or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; All merchandise must be unworn and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and provide us with the tracking details so that we can trace the shipment to proceed further.

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (3) days of order or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item's amount.
