🌼Our designs are all smooth is texture with no carvings, embroidery or raised elements. They are not made with any real glitter/metallic/holographic materials or real wood or flowers of any kind. Our cases are either matt or glossy finish depending on the design.

🌼 Your item is printed once your order is placed. Production typically takes up to 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 days during Christmas holiday season, before shipping.

🌼All products are unique and custom made only once ordered, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect, which is very rare. Please take 5 clear photos or video of the defect and message us within 14 days of product delivery. If a refund is granted by our print supplier, a free reprint or a refund will be given. There is no need to return the damaged product. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

🌸 Magsafe Charging Compatibility
🌼We have magnetic magsafe phone case options available with iPhone 13 to 17. The MagSafe magnetic ring is embedded inside the case. It's a subtle indent that’s barely visible and sits behind the hard outer shell.
Our non-magnetic tough phone cases are compatible with Apple MagSafe chargers, however charging power may be reduced. Affordable MagSafe-compatible magnets are available online and can be easily attached to the inside of your case if needed.
