Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or decline any personalised order which contains abusive or offensive language.

I need my order before the estimated dispatch date

Please message us before you order. We will try our best to work with you and send it as quickly as possible. - If you haven't messaged us prior to ordering, all orders will be sent within the allocated processing time of the products with our standard delivery. - Please note, personalisation dates on orders will NOT be considered as a delivery date unless you get in touch with us to arrange quicker dispatch and/or upgraded delivery. - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. - We strongly recommend purchasing your products with plenty of time before your event. Processing times for each product can be found on individual listings - All items are handmade to order.

Help! I've made a spelling error on my personalised order

Please message us ASAP. If we haven't dispatched your products there may be a possibility we can help you correct your order. However it is the buyer's responsibly to ensure their personalisation is correct at time of purchase. Unfortunately once an order has been sent, we cannot cancel/refund or replace your products as per our shop policy, due to all of our products being custom made and personalised to order.

Custom Design Requests

All requests for design changes for our candles and label designs from our shop will not be accepted if requested in the 'note to seller' section. All design change requests MUST be agreed via Etsy messages with us before purchase. Notes at checkout for design changes will not be accepted.

Replacement labels for candles

Unfortunately we do not offer replacement labels when requested if there has been a personalisation error. If the error is on our part, or there is damage to the label please let us know so we may assist with a replacement. We copy all personalisations as written, so please take time to ensure your text is correct including spelling and grammar.

My parcel tracking says it has been returned to sender

In the event of a failed delivery due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or any other reason that has caused Royal Mail to send the item back to us, you are responsible for purchasing postage again so that the item can be sent back to you. Our shop does not cover the postage cost for a return to sender issue, the buyer is responsible for re-purchasing postage. No refunds can be given if the product is returned back to us as all of our products are either customised or handmade to order.

Are your candles CLP compliant?

Yes, all of our candles comply with relevant UK laws regarding classification, labelling and packaging (CLP). Full information for each candle fragrance can be provided upon request before purchase if required.

Hand poured and thoughtfully designed, this elegant candle is a lasting reminder of your appreciation and their important role in your celebration.

Our luxurious scented candles are made from soy wax. Handmade with love in our Hertfordshire studio.

CANDLE OPTIONS

• 20cl Candle: This is the 20cl candle. Approx 30 hours burn time. 8.3cm tall.

• 30cl Large Candle and Gift Box: This includes the 30cl candle plus candle gift box. Approx 45 hours burn time. 9.1cm tall.

About L&M Bespoke Designs:

• All of our candles are hand poured in small batches in our Hertfordshire studio.

• We use high quality soy candle wax which is vegan friendly, it's also a great non-toxic wax alternative.

• We've been perfecting the art of candle making since 2019!

CANDLE SAFETY:

Before use, remove all packaging. Always keep wick trimmed to 5mm. Do not use if glass is cracked or damaged. To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight and away from draughts, flammable materials and heat sources. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep candle free of foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time and place candle on heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm wax remains. Allow to cool before handling or moving.

The 20cl candle's burn time is approximately 30hrs and is 145g net weight.
