It is normal and common for color variations in herbal products This is called "the new batch" effect. Customers often come with certain expectations about a product's appearance, and any deviation from this can cause some concern.

It's important to understand that an herbs quality and nutritional power can't be judged purely by taste, smell, or color.
These color variations are largely due to seasonal variations, drying time, and the drying process. Whether a batch is freeze dried, air dried, sun, shade, etc. This does NOT indicate a lower quality, or different product. All orders placed are Made to Order. Because of this, we ask that you please allow us 3 business days to make and process your order. Thank you

Please do your own research and consult your physician before starting any herbal supplements Everyone's body is different, so you may need more or less than the suggested dose depending on your needs.

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED AND UNOPENED. ONCE IT HAS BEEN OPENED IT NO LONGER QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN.
