How do I open a .zip file?

You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.

How do I access my downloads?

You will receive an email with your receipt of purchase. In that email, you should have a link to download the files. If, for some reason, you are unable to see this email, on Etsy you can click on "You" at the top right, then go to "Purchases and Reviews", you should see the order there where you'll find the file link to download.
