Shipping within Canada: Orders ship via Canada Post or Stallion/ChitChats, depending on your location and the season. Delivery generally takes 4–9 business days. Tracking included whenever available. Shipping to the USA: U.S. orders are shipped by USPS through a trusted third-party carrier. You can expect your package in 3–7 business days* (after customs clearance) Tracking is always included for peace of mind. Any duties or taxes/tariffs are already included in your purchase. International Shipping (UK, EU, Australia & Beyond) Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days though this may vary during peak times or due to customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.

Sale pricing is only honored during the active sale period. Orders placed outside of that timeframe will not be price-adjusted, regardless of shipping status. If an item’s price is later reduced, previous orders will not be refunded or adjusted.

How to Measure Your Wrist for a Stretchy Bracelet: Use a flexible measuring tape (or a strip of paper or string). 1. Wrap it snugly around your wrist—just above the wrist bone, where a watch would sit. 2. Mark or note the point where the tape or string overlaps. 3. If using string or paper, lay it flat against a ruler to get the measurement in inches. Sizing Recommendation: ADD ½ inch to your wrist measurement for a snug fit. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort. Example: Wrist measures 6.5" → Order size 7 If you prefer a LOOSE fit bracelet and your wrist measures 6.5" then order 7.5 inches

I currently cannot accept Returns and Exchanges from the USA due to customs and new stricter border regulations. I can accept exchanges only from Canadian addresses, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Bracelet Re-Sizing Policy

I want your bracelet to fit perfectly! Please be sure to measure your wrist before ordering. I do provide sizing instructions in each listing to make this easy. If your bracelet doesn’t fit quite right, I’m happy to resize it for you at no charge. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping it back to me in Canada, and I’ll take care of the adjustment and send it back to you. Please note: I’m not able to send free replacement bracelets if the incorrect size was chosen, so measuring your wrist first is the best way to ensure a perfect fit. 💜
