Can I return my item?

I do accept returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception of an error in the listing (wrong measurements, overlooked significant flaw).

Sorry, no I can't. Falsifying customs forms is a federal offense in the US.

I am happy to expedite your order and add a shipping upgrade to get your item to you as quickly as possible. I can give a fairly accurate receive-by date for US orders but international shipping times (including Canada) are extremely difficult to pinpoint. I recommend placing international orders 3 weeks ahead of need-by date. I cannot make any guarantees, domestic or international, unless the shipping method allows it.

Are items washed/cleaned?

As a general rule, yes. Exceptions would be anything obviously unworn with tags attached or specialty dry clean items (wool coats, leather, sequins). Please keep in mind that all of my stock is kept in one room with a LOT of vintage items so some less-than-fresh-out-of-the-dryer smell may be present upon receipt.
