Custom orders are accepted. Tell me what you are looking for and I will give you a quote.

Store your notebook, photo album, or planner in a dry place away from moisture when not in use and, if necessary, clean the fabric cover with a soft, dry cloth. Handle with care to preserve the binding and pages.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I always send my products carefully packaged, but if you want special packaging, select it when adding the item to your cart.

Extra Cost in customs

Although most countries do not claim extra costs in customs, we have detected some countries that charge extra on arrival the order at the destination country. These countries are: - USA - Canada. - South America counties. We will update this list with the information provided by our clients. We are not responsible for customs extra costs, please review this information in your country before ordering.

Problems with the delivery commpany?

If the shipping agency say that your order is delivered, I understand the order is completed. But if you have problems with the shipping, please contact to me, and I will try to solve the problem or we can put a claim together. Please note that in remote areas delivery may take 24/48 hours longer than the estimated delivery time. The standard shipping is free in some countries, but does not require a signature and is deposited in the mailbox. That is why I always ship in such a way that you have detailed tracking and guaranteed signature.

Please note that at Christmas time, due to the high number of shipments, these may suffer a slight delay by the shipping agency, so I can only guarantee that they will be at your home on Christmas day if you place the order: * Spain and Europe: until December 12. * Rest of the countries: until December 8th. If your gift is for Epiphany (January 6th) you must place your order: * Spain and Europe: until December 22nd. * Rest of the countries: until December 18th.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept returns of not personalized products. I refund the price of the products less the shipping costs with the same way as you paid this. I refund the price when I will receive your order, in its original condition. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM UK or another countries outside UE if this involves paying custom again. I will not accept the package and it will be back. You must send the package as a return and present that customs has already been paid, with the receipt from Etsy.
