🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Made to Order Wigs
Custom or made to order wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with UK consumer law exemptions for personalised items. This includes wigs made to specific colours, lengths, styles, or designs.

Ready to Ship Wigs
Ready to ship wigs may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Lace must not be cut. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. A repair, replacement, or refund will be offered where appropriate.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, wigs cannot be returned if worn, altered, or styled beyond initial inspection.

Processing times vary depending on the type of wig ordered (custom units require additional production time).

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

For international orders:
Customers are fully responsible for any customs charges, import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We have no control over customs processing times or additional charges imposed by authorities.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable and a refund will only be considered once the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
