• Avoid chlorine (swimming pools, hot tubs)
• Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes
• As is known, silver jewelry may tarnish; with proper care and cleaning, it will regain its color (search online and you will find many ways to do this)

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
• Production time: 2-4 business days
• Express shipping: 5-9 business days
• Free shipping: 20-25 days (varies by country/region) - When purchasing, the displayed delivery timeframe applies to the express shipping option.

• IMPORTANT: International orders may be subject to CUSTOMS DUTIES/VAT. These are the buyer's responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY:
According to the new regulations of the Universal Postal Union - UPU, shipments under 2kg will be considered common shipments (WITH TRACKING), and consequently their delivery time may extend beyond 25 days. All purchases with free shipping in our store will be common shipments.

If you want your purchase to arrive quickly, we strongly recommend choosing the Express shipping option. It will have an additional cost, but it will arrive faster.

If a package is returned (address not found, recipient not found, not collected from warehouse, not collected from customs, etc.), the buyer must request reshipment and will cover the reshipping costs:
• Common reshipment (with tracking): $15
• Express reshipment (with tracking): $43

Buyers are responsible for tracking and collecting packages. Unclaimed packages will be destroyed after 30 days of being returned.
