Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of our items we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Will my item look exactly like the photos? Do you send mock-ups?

Due to the high volume of orders we create daily, we aren’t able to send photos or mock-ups before production. We sometimes share sneak peeks on Instagram @isola_bella_boutique. If you’d like to see examples of previous jackets, name layouts, or patch combinations before ordering, please send us a message and we will let you know the available options. Each piece is handmade and unique, and we work with a variety of suppliers for the items in our shop. Because of this, small variations in color, size, or stitching details may occur. Suppliers may also update designs, so tiny differences (like thread details or hardware finishes) are normal. Colors may also look slightly different in person due to lighting or screens.

How do I make sure you match colors that I requested exactly?

The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order. Colors in our products may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We do our best to accurately represent all products, but slight differences may occur. Because all sales are final, please reach out with any color questions before ordering. **Will my item be exactly the same as a previous order?** Due to sourcing and production updates, there may be slight variations between batches. These are not considered defects.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is handmade. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured it up to $100. You can submit the claim to USPS, FedEx or UPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. When submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office/UPS if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.**

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in up to 7 business days. If you need it SOONER please message us and we will let you know the available options.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available upon checkout. There is a $5 fee for gift wrapping. Your packages will be wrapped in specialty tissue paper or wrapping paper. We will include a personalized card for the gift recipient with your custom message. Your package will include an invoice with the pricing removed.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Isola Bella Boutique is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. **What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?** If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. Hang to dry. **What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on?** A detailed size chart is available in many listings. Please message us before ordering if you do not see size information and we will provide it for you. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Are there additional shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories?

Shipping rates in our shop are based on standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories may be subject to significantly higher shipping costs. In these cases, we will contact you prior to shipment if additional charges are necessary.
