Can I order an original watercolor painting?

Absolutely! I offer custom original watercolor pieces—whether it’s a floral you love, a painting of a child’s favorite stuffed animal, or a special gift idea. Send me a message with your concept, and I’ll walk you through the process, timeline, and pricing. Each original is painted by hand with lots of care (and probably a little input from my mini art director, Maren).

How do I print my digital download?

After purchase, you’ll get instant access to your files via Etsy. You can print them at home, at a local print shop (like Staples or FedEx), or through an online printer like CatPrint or Mpix. For best results, I recommend using heavy cardstock or fine art paper. If you ever need help with sizing or have printing questions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Will my order be delayed during the holidays?

The holiday season can slow things down a bit! Printify partners and shipping carriers may experience delays due to high order volumes. I recommend placing your order early—especially for gift items like tote bags or pouches—to make sure it arrives on time. Digital downloads, of course, are always instant! If you’re on a tight timeline, feel free to message me and I’ll do my best to help you plan around it.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

At this time, I don’t offer gift wrapping, but I’m happy to include a personalized gift note! Just leave your message in the “note to seller” box at checkout.

Can I request a color change on a digital print?

Yes! I can make color edits to most digital downloads for a small customization fee. Just message me with what you have in mind, and I’ll create a sample for your approval before purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item?

I gladly accept returns on physical items like tote bags and pouches. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Digital downloads and custom orders are final sale, but if there’s ever an issue with your file or artwork, please reach out—I’m happy to make it right!

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel a physical item (like a tote or pouch), please reach out within 2 hours of purchase—once it’s in production, I’m unable to cancel it. Digital downloads and custom orders are not eligible for cancellation since they’re delivered instantly or made just for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or refund.
