All items in this shop are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Some listings are instant downloads, ready to download immediately after purchase, while custom orders are made-to-order digital files created just for you. Once your custom artwork is ready, you’ll receive a high-resolution file that you can download and print instantly.

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

All custom illustrations are made to order. Each piece is hand-painted by me, then scanned and prepared as a digital file. Most custom orders are ready within 2–3 business days, but whenever possible, I always try to send your artwork earlier. You’ll receive a download link as soon as it’s complete.

How do I download my files?

Once your order is complete, Etsy will provide a download link. You can find it in your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews”. Simply click the link to download the file directly to your computer, tablet, or phone, and then print it at home or at a professional printing service.

Can I print my artwork in different sizes?

Yes! All files are high-resolution (300 dpi). I send the file in the exact size you requested during personalization. Please do not scale the file yourself, as this can affect the quality. If you would like a different size or need the file adjusted, just contact me and I’ll be happy to resize it for you without any problem. Recommended sizes are also included in each listing description.

How do custom pet portraits work?

You provide a photo of your pet, and I paint it completely by hand. Then I scan the artwork and deliver it as a high-resolution digital file, making each portrait unique and one-of-a-kind.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because all items are digital and personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are only possible if requested very soon after purchase and before I’ve started working on your artwork (usually within the first few hours). Once I begin the customization, I can’t accept cancellations. If you have any issues, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

HOW IT WORKS:

⭐ STEP 1: Choose the t-shirt style for your pet portrait
Example: Pick one of these styles:

Stripes (like a cute blue-and-white sailor shirt)

Dots (imagine a sweet pink polka dot tee)

Plaid (a cozy red plaid, like a classic flannel)

If you’re unsure, just pick your favorite and I'll match it beautifully! If no style is indicated, I will choose the one that best fits the illustration.

⭐ STEP 2: Add your pet’s name or a custom phrase (optional)

Example: Add text like "Milo", "Smokey", "Princess Bella", or a small phrase like "Best Friends Forever".

Or leave it blank if you prefer the portrait without any text.

⭐ STEP 3: Choose the size for your digital artwork

Example:

8"x11" inches (perfect for US letter-sized frames)

A4 (standard international paper size)

Just select the one that suits your space best! If you need a different size, feel free to message me — I'll be happy to see if I can adjust it for you.

⭐ STEP 4: Purchase the listing

Purchase one listing or multiple listings, depending on the number of pets.

If you'd like both pets in a single portrait, just let me know in advance.

⭐ STEP 5: Send me a clear photo of your pet’s face
Example: Take a picture where your pet’s eyes are clearly visible and the photo is bright (best near a window during the day). Ideally, the photo should be taken from the front, so I can capture their full expression.

Once you purchase the portrait, please send your pet’s photos via Etsy messages. Make sure the eye color is easy to see so I can capture your pet’s true look!

⭐ STEP 6: I will paint, proof, and deliver your artwork

Example: After receiving your photos, I will start hand-painting your pet’s portrait with great attention to detail. In 5–7 business days, I’ll send you a proof image via Etsy messages for you to review.

Once you approve the proof, I will send you a high-resolution JPG file in the size you selected, ready for you to print and enjoy!

❀ PRINTING GUIDE:

Print it at home on cardstock or art paper. Using satin or matte heavy weight paper (200-300 gsm) will give the best results, but don’t worry if you don’t have this specific paper, any high-quality paper will still look great!
Alternatively, you can take it to your local print shop or upload the file to an online printing service.
