When will I receive my digital download?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, Etsy will automatically send a link to your digital files to the email associated with your Etsy account. If you don’t see it right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

I can't find my download notification email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder and, if you use Gmail, also look under the Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is still missing, try adding transaction@etsy.com to your safe sender list to avoid issues in the future. No worries—your digital files are always accessible through your Etsy account!

How do I access my digital purchases?

To download your files directly from Etsy: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account. Click Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and click Download Files. If the Download Files button is grayed out, your payment may still be processing. Once completed, the files will be available for download. For additional access, you can return to the item’s listing page, where you’ll see the Instant Download label. There’s no expiration—your files will remain available in your account unless the transaction is canceled or removed.

All digital files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing with third parties in any format is strictly prohibited.
