Returns and Exchanges

I do my best to take photos that accurately depict each piece & include lots of details so you can be sure of what you are purchasing. If you do need to return an item please message me first. Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange as noted in the listing. Some items including OOAK and limited edition pieces may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the item price even if not stated in the listing. If the refund results in the original purchase totaling less than $35 your refund will be the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs and any restocking fees. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome custom order requests. If you see an item listed but want to make alterations please message me to confirm. In many cases I can accommodate minor alterations with no additional charge, but in some instances there may be a fee for changes made to an existing listing. Custom orders and alterations to existing designs are not returnable. If you’d like to design something together let’s chat - depending on time of year I can almost always work with you on your vision to create something special. 😊

Shipping Update October 2025

USPS continues to experience delays with domestic packages. They have made significant changes to their distribution hubs & processes and this is resulting in some oftentimes puzzling routing. I follow all outbound packages to ensure there is not a problem and will alert you if there is, but please understand I have zero control once a package leaves my hands. As long as a package is moving through the system there is nothing I can do about finding or expediting a package. Currently the ONLY guaranteed delivery service with USPS is Express Priority. If you prefer to choose FedEx for your order you can select that at checkout and choose your delivery/pricing options. FedEx is NOT part of the Etsy free shipping program for my shop. Thanks
