Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All BridleBlack orders are handcrafted and shipped with love from Vietnam – our beloved S-shaped country. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.

How long does delivery take with expedited shipping?

Europe: 12–18 business days USA / Canada: 8–16 business days Rest of the World: 5–15 business days

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Every package is made using fully recyclable and biodegradable materials, helping protect the environment while delivering something special to you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it. Please message us as soon as possible if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind.

What happens if I cancel after 3 hours?

For non-personalized items, you may still request a full refund if the item hasn’t shipped yet. For personalized items, we reserve the right to deduct 15% of the product cost to cover materials and preparation already in progress.

Can I return an item after I receive it?

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, as they are made specifically for you.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us to request a Returns Authorization Number before sending anything back. Packages returned without this number may be delayed or refused.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping and must ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return, but guaranteed within 30 business days.

Custom and personalized orders
