Each of our rugs is a unique masterpiece crafted with care and attention to detail. We understand the importance of making your space truly your Please Attention. I regret to inform you that personalized rugs cannot be returned. I cannot take back the designs made as a result of personalized, logo, text and all kinds of customization because they are special for you.

The width of our carpets can be a maximum of 6.5 feet. There is no restriction on the length; we offer production in various sizes, from the smallest to the largest size. Please select the size you need from our available options listed and place your order accordingly. Note: The dimensions of the rug shown in the first image are 5.2x7.5 feet (160x230 cm) and are given as an example. This scaling is used to ensure that the patterns on the rug appear well proportioned. Prices vary depending on the size selected. There is (- 7-8%) tolerance on dimensions. Machine Washable: Your rugs can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. This makes for easy and convenient cleaning. Vacuum Cleaning: For regular maintenance, you can use an electric vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris from the kilim's surface. Spills and Stains: In case of spills or stains, simply wipe the affected area with a damp cloth. Avoid using excessive force or abrasive materials. A gentle touch should suffice to clean most stains. Dealing with Wrinkles: Your rug may arrive folded, and wrinkles may be present. To remove these wrinkles, lay the rug flat on a smooth surface and let it rest for 1-2 days. What should I pay attention to when ordering.

1. Prices vary according to size. The smallest size is the cheapest. 2- Cargo companies need your phone number. Due to increasing costs, they want to make an appointment with you and deliver your package in return for a signature at a time when you are at home. For this reason, please programme your phone number. 3- Since I produce on your order, there should be no order cancellation or change during the intervening period. 4- My priority is customer satisfaction and you can write to me 24/7.

How should I return my rug if there is a production defect?

1- Within 14 days you can return whoever due to problems caused by production defects 2- The return shipping fee will belong to you. 3- My production place is Turkey. When the rug reaches me, I will refund you the cost of the rug excluding the shipping shipping fee. 4- I kindly request that I am not held responsible for the cargo and customs.

Large Size Rug Production

Yes, I can. As it requires a special production process, there is a longer labour time than the production of normal rugs. I can make up to 9.84 feet (300 cm) in width. there is no length limitation. It will be enough to send me a message.

Custom and personalized orders

After your order, the production of rugs takes 1 day. If it grows, it is sent by Express cargo on the same day. It is delivered within 3-4 days. Your package is under my responsibility until it is delivered.
