My shirt/mug/notebook/etc has a defect!

I use a print service for many of my designs, which means that I don't always get to see them before they're shipped. For this reason, I happily offer full and complete refunds or replacements for most defective printed items! Please send me a message with a photo and I will gladly see what I can do for you!

Returns and Exchanges

I accept most returns and exchanges, within some limitations. - I cannot refund based on post office error. Please double check your address before confirming your order. If your package is lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Once your order is in the mail, I have no control over anything. - If you order the wrong size, I am glad to exchange it for one that fits better; however I do not give full refunds for items ordered in the wrong size. Thank you for understanding! - If your item has a printing error or defect, PLEASE message me first and I will gladly look into and attempt to replace it! If I'm unable to do so, I am glad to refund for misprinted items.

What are your sustainability practices?

I try to be as sustainable as I can! Textile waste is a serious issue and one close to my heart. My shirts aren't made until you order them, which helps cut down on unnecessary waste and energy use. Most of my shirts are made from 100% cotton and natural fibers, with the exception of heather colors, which are usually 90/10 cotton and polyester blends. While I don't have a lot of control over the shipping materials used by my printing partners, my jewelry, custom and upcycled toys, and vintage items are shipped in recycled or reused envelopes and boxes, and I encourage you to reuse them, too, when possible!
