Let me explain. It was difficult to get the download. Contacted customer service, which was very helpful, to find out the file is so big you cannot access through Etsy. They sent it to me but it was so big my virus check was not able to verify that it was safe to use. I didn’t feel confident enough to move forward. Lost my $ but just didn’t want to take a chance. My suggestion would be to break up the file in smaller units. I’m sure there were multiple woody, Jessie and buzz’ s that could be broken up.
