•Items usually ship within 5 to 10 business days after your order was placed for made-to-order items and 2 to 3 business days for ready-to-ship items. •You will receive a notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships. •Every order comes packed in a jewelry box, ready to gift. If you are sending your gift directly to its recipient, please choose the gift option at check out and the receipt won't be included in the package. You can add a message to be sent with the gift in the “Note to seller” section. •Orders with multiple items: PLEASE NOTE that all the items will be packed in the same box. If you would like them packed separately, please let me know in the ‘Note to Seller’ section when checking out.

Returns with a refund for the price of the item is available for unworn, unpersonalized items. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return. There is a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping of the order to you will not be refunded. The cost of safely shipping the item back to me is your responsibility. Once I have received the item, and given that the item is still in perfect condition, I will initiate the refund and notify you of it.

To remove tarnish you can use one of the many commercially available tarnish-removing products, just make sure to follow the instructions and avoid contact with gemstones and pearls.

14K Solid Gold Care and Information

14 karat solid gold is an alloy made of 58.3% pure gold and a mix of metals such as copper, zinc or silver. 14k gold is one of the most durable gold alloys and is perfectly suited for everyday wear, offering the perfect mix of durability, affordability and a beautiful buttery gold color. 14K gold jewelry will almost never tarnish and is easy to care for. Simply avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and remove it when doing strenuous activities (such as gardening or any other activity where your piece(s) could get banged or scratched). You can make your 14k gold jewelry shiny again by using a polishing cloth such as the one provided with each order, or if it is really in need of some TLC, with an old toothbrush and some soap and water.

Made in 14k gold filled and oxidized sterling silver. Earrings are approximately 1/2 inch wide. Sold as a pair with a pair of 925 sterling silver stoppers and a pair of silicone stoppers.

14K GOLD FILLED

14k Gold filled is an actual layer of 14k solid gold that is heat and pressure bonded to a base metal. This layer of gold is much thicker and durable than any type of gold plating. Gold filled jewelry pieces are incredibly more durable than gold plated pieces as the layer of gold is a 100 times thicker and will not rub off with wear.

Jewelry pieces made with 14k gold filled can usually be worn like solid 14k gold pieces, as long as care is taken in regards to the stones that may be present as well. Should your piece become dirty or slightly tarnished, you can clean it gently with an old toothbrush and some soap and water.
