What items are unable to be returned?

Unfortunately items such as collars are not able to be sterilized after being worn, so we are not accepting returns on them as we cannot verify if they have been worn or not. Especially with COVID, we are taking extra precautions. We are accepting apparel returns still, only if they are still in their unworn, unwashed condition.

Can you ship to X country?

I definitely can! If your country is not currently listed as having shipping available, send me a message and I will be able to add yours to the list as soon as I find out the shipping costs.

I live close! Can you local pick up/delivery?

Sadly we are not offering local pick up or delivery at the moment. We may open this back up in the future when we have more open availability. If it's a larger wholesale order in Toronto, we may be able to accommodate.

Why do customs cost more?

COLLARS Even though each of the items we make are made to order, we do generally have the leather pieces cut to the two default sizes, holes punched, and have already been treated with the wax finishing coat. We don't assemble them past that until an order comes through, mostly due to them being easier to store in that state. We also sometimes have a few of our standard sizes already made in our stock we bring to shows. ENGRAVED PIECES For the majority of the engraved pieces, we do currently have stock. Any that are ordered that are not in stock, we generally try and create many of them to restock. Custom pieces we only create one of, so it takes more time having to adjust the letter set and sizing on the machine, as well as testing.

Can you rush my order? I need it by X date!

If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before placing your order. If your order requires rush shipping, we will have to change the shipping costs, as well as make sure that the piece(s) can be created in time, pending on stock. If you do need your order by a specific date, please do let me know when you order as I do not know otherwise an will just ship in the normal time frame.

EARRINGS Yes! They are nickel free! COLLARS Unfortunately no. For the O and D ring collars we can make them nickel free, but it costs extra as we have to use more expensive pieces. Unfortunately we have yet to find a supplier for the heart rings that make affordable nickel free hearts. As soon as we do have the option for them, it will be made available.

Vegan leather collar with a small heart ring in the middle and the text "Good" and "Boy" on either side. Available with custom text. Available in multiple colours!

Collars are 3/4 of an inch wide vegan leather. Front is the colour option selected, with a grey back. Every collar is made to order.

PLEASE NOTE: These are made from a thinner, but durable and sturdy material. Not a thicker leather.

Small: 12 1/4 - 14 3/4 inches
Large: 14 3/4 - 17 1/4 inches

Due to limitations with the length of our material used, the longest collar we can make is 21 1/2 inches. If you are looking for one longer than that, please contact us.

Green, Orange, and Yellow are UV reactive colours. Only those three are.

Before purchasing, please take a look at the sizing chart image. Each standard size collar is made with the same measurements. To help make sure that you are purchasing the correct size, please measure the circumference of your neck, then add a 1/4 to 1/2 inch to find the ideal fit.

When you purchase a custom collar, we add 1/4 of an inch to the measurement given to help make sure the collar fits comfortably. The measurement given (plus our adjustment) is the size that will fit the middle hole of the collar, making it easy enough to tighten or loosen the collar as needed.

Items are generally shipped 3-5 business days after being ordered. If you need your order within a specific timeline, please contact us before placing your order.

After being shipped, domestic items take roughly 4-8 business days. Items shipped to the US take roughly 1 to 2 weeks. For international shipping, it can take 2-3 weeks. While these are the usual times they take, sometimes shipping takes longer depending on how long things take to pass through customs.

Standard Canadian shipping does not include tracking, but it is available for an upgrade.
