How do I access and download my purchased digital downloads if I checked out as a guest?

After your purchase, check your email for a receipt sent by Etsy. This email will include a link to download your files. If you can’t find the receipt email from Etsy, check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social/Promotions tabs. If you still can’t find it, please message me the email you used to make your purchase via Etsy Messages and once confirmed, we’ll personally resend you your purchased digital downloads.

The PDF files I downloaded are in a ZIP folder. How do I unzip it?

Most of our downloadable files are compressed into a zipped folder to reduce the size of the files. To unzip on Mac: Double-click (Mac) or tap (iPhone/iPad) the zipped folder. The unzipped folder will appear within the same location the zipped folder was saved. Open the unzipped folder to access your digital downloads. To unzip on Windows: Right-click, then select "Extract All...". A window to unzip the folder will appear. Select the same location or click "Browse..." to choose a new location. Click "Extract". Open the unzipped folder to access your digital downloads.
