PRICING Prices is calculated per hour plus material charges. All my embroidered items are stitched by hand and therefore this is reflected in the price. This price is calculated fairly by me and is a reflection of my time, materials and outlay to make your item. I am always happy to scale down in size and can offer sizes from 3 inches to 23 inches with a sliding price scale.

CONFIRMATION I will send you pictures of the final piece before sending it out to you. Please check etsy notifications. REFUNDS Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on custom items once sent unless faulty (all my items are sent well wrapped on a recorded delivery, and are thoroughly checked before packing). I send recorded/signed delivery for my own piece of mind and so that claims can be made for lost items. I send pictures to you before shipping ao that you can be sure of what you will be receiving. This is your opportunity to discuss changes before it is sent.

All UK orders are sent on a signed delivery. All overseas orders are sent on a tracked/signed delivery appropriate for that specific country.

If I am buying the shoes, provide the shoe size and confirm whether it is EU, UK or US (men's/women's) sizes.

If you are sending shoes to me then I will provide my postal address once you have placed your order. I am in the UK so for worldwide orders it may work out more cost effective for me to purchase the shoes on your behalf.

MAKING TIME:

Making time can be up to 8-10 weeks depending on my workload and design complexity and I will advise before you purchase. I also send order confirmations which firm up the making dates. I am unable to take orders with a shorter lead time. Typically if I am ordering the shoes it takes around one week for delivery of the shoes and materials and then your order is booked into my making calender which contains 3-5 pairs per week.

DESIGN INFO:

If you decide to have this design on a shoe other than the shoe in the listing photos, I may need to move the placement around slightly but the design with still have the same flowers, colours and overall design

Please ensure that the correct size is requested in the notes section as I cannot refund custom orders if the size is not correct once I have sewn it.

DROP DOWN MENU OPTIONS:

**** Choose from 2 sides (embroidery on the two outside panels of the shoes) or 4 sides (all four sides of the shoes mirrored - both sides of left and right shoe).

***** Choose from sewing only - pay for just the embroidery and send your shoes to me. Alternatively, choose sewing and embroidery if you would like me to order the shoes on your behalf and sew onto them. Please ensure you have tried the same shoes on in a shop so that you are sure that the size and fit will work for you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Full length designs (back of shoe to rubber front section) are only available on shoes with laces as I remove the laces fully to work on the design as far forward as I can. Shorter designs for lace free vans etc are possible and I can work with you to add a design around the back edge and some way down the front. This is totally dependent on shoe type and we can discuss.**Please note that I add watermarks to some of my photos to stop my photos being stolen. If you see my name on the shoes in the listing photos, please be aware that this is just for listing/selling purposes and this will not appear on the actual shoe!**
