BIOTHANE & WATERPROOF WEBBING PRODUCTS

Many of our products are listed to "design your own" colour combination. For this you can choose all your product colours from the collar chart in our image gallery. We offer: 1) The original trademarked BioThane® US and 2) also a Waterproof Webbing material Product listings of the waterproof webbing brand are marked with a * in the image gallery. Choose the colour from the image gallery charts and add it to the personalisation box of your order. Please note that the colour images may vary to the actual product, this is due to the fact that the resolution on each device can differ. If you'd like to match an existing item in colour, please contact us first.

DESIGN YOUR OWN GUIDE

All our Paracord Products are "design your own", which means you can combine any main paracord rope with the hardware of your choice, and choose your whipping colours (wrapping around the paracord rope) to finish the look. 1) Select the size / length from the drop down field 2) Select the hardware type and colour from the drop down field 3) Choose the Main Paracord Rope from the image gallery (this is thicker rope that builds the main part of your collar or leash). 4) Choose the Whipping Colour from the image gallery. You can also upgrade to combine 2-3 different colours depending on the size of your item. If you would like some help and would like to see larger images or certain colour combinations, please drop us a message.

Our product sizing is based on the actual neck circumference of your pet. We therefore recommend to measure your pets neck prior to choosing the size of our collars. If your dogs neck measures exactly 10", we would recommend to order our small size range that is 10-14". Our 2-coloured Biothane/Webbing Collars and our Biothane Rope Collars, are best worn in the two tightest punch holes, for a centered fit. If your dogs neck measures 14", it would be better to order a "Medium" (14-18") size rather than a S/M (12-16"). If you have any questions on sizing, please get in touch with us.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we do offer wholesale opportunities for small to larger businesses. We already successfully work with many other business and can tailor offers to small and larger businesses. All our items are individually handmade to order, we therefore require between 1-2 business days to make your products, for all our Paracord Products production is usually a bit more time consuming, so this may take between 2-3 business days. Please note that if haven't provided all required information at the point of placing your order, it may delay the dispatch time of your products. We therefore kindly ask you to check your Etsy messages and emails after you placed your order, in case we have to ask any questions to complete your order.

We will send you a dispatch notification and message when your order has been made. For all UK orders Standard Delivery can take between 2-5 business days to be delivered. You can upgrade to First Class Delivery, which takes 1-2 business days for delivery. Rejection of delivery, incorrect address details or a missed collection at your local post office may result in the return of the shipment to us, this would not grant eligibility of a refund or cancellation of your order. We are happy to send products that have been returned to us again, the new postage charges will have to be covered by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For International Deliveries, and all shipments outside the UK, we use Tracked & Signed Delivery, the delivery takes between 5-10 business days. Please note that additional customs and import charges may apply, which would have to be settled by the buyer to receive the goods. These are implemented by law through your country of origin and can't be waived or influenced by us. Refusal of such payment may result in the return of the shipment to us, however it will not grant eligibility of a refund or cancellation of your order. We are happy to send products that have been returned to us again, the new postage charges will have to be covered by the buyer.

PRODUCT BRANDING/LABELLING

Like most companies, we apply our brand logo to all our products. We work incredibly hard to design and make all our products, and we are therefore incredibly proud of our brand and product designs. Our product label will be applied for brand recognition, and for copyright purposes, we want to prevent that our products are bought and sold under a different brand name without our permission. For these reasons we are unfortunately not able to assist with requests about the removal of our product branding.
