Why aren't the borderless playmats available on Etsy?

Unfortunately, my supplier for borderless playmats doesn't integrate with Etsy's system. These exclusive designs are only available at TCGPLaiMATS.com.

Do you offer custom designs?

Not at the moment. I'm still working out the logistics—like what info I’d need from you, how the process would work, and pricing. It's something I’d love to offer in the future, so stay tuned!

I haven't received my order yet. Can I get a replacement?

I’ll first check with my supplier to see if a replacement is possible. All orders include tracking, and if it's still marked as in transit, we unfortunately have to wait. However, if there's no tracking progress for an unreasonable amount of time, I’ll work with my supplier to get a replacement sent your way.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund or a replacement?

the product came in a little later than projected, but that was not on the seller, it was USPS, specifically in Memphis... but the product itself is amazing!! details looks great and looks exactly like what was shown in the picture.
