Who is your shipping provider?

I almost always ship through USPS. Please note that because USPS is a third party, there may be delays in orders that I cannot control. First class shipping typically takes 3+ days, priority shipping is 1-3 days, and priority express is 1-2 days. I'm only able to extend the same shipping guarantees that USPS offers and claims must go through them directly. First class shipping and priority mail does NOT include insurance, and lost or stolen items will have to be dealt with through USPS. I'm always glad to assist, but am not responsible for lost or stolen items. For any items returned to me, all shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But please understand if you are in a country other than the US that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Elara is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees. Packages typically take much longer for international orders, so please plan accordingly.

I placed my order but the shipping address is incorrect, is there a way to fix it?

If you need your package shipped somewhere else please let me know immediately. If your shipping address is not up to date and you change it after you order please tell me because it will not update on my end automatically. I am not responsible if your package goes to the wrong address if you do not communicate with me. I will ship it to whatever address is on your invoice or if you update your address with me. If you want to double check, just ask me or check your invoice in your account info. If your package is returned to me because of an error in the address you provided, you will be charged for shipping again to send it back to you. Should you decide to cancel your order at this point, a refund minus shipping will be returned to you.

Due to hygiene purposes, all items are final sale. Please reach out to me if you experience any issues regarding your order, or if you have any questions about measurements or other item details! For any items returned to me for any reason, both original and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time, and a 15% restock fee may be applied. Any returns must be sent in original packaging with a shipping label provided by Elara

What materials are you currently offering?

I have options for belly button jewelry, septum rings, earrings, daith clickers, cartilage studs, nipple rings and more in 316L grade surgical steel, implant-grade titanium,14k gold plated and 14k solid gold. For belly button rings, the barbell is available in Surgical Steel or Titanium, but the charm is plated brass. For questions regarding a specific product, please message me! Elara is not responsible for any adverse reactions or issues caused by its jewelry, this is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the metal, and if your skin is sensitive, please use at your own risk, as we are not able to predict the reaction your skin may have.

Do you accept cancellations?

I accept cancellation as long as you submit a request within 4 hours of placing your order AND your order has not shipped yet, and a full refund will be issued. If your item has already been shipped or dropped off at the post office, it cannot be retrieved. Once that 4 hour mark has passed, I may or may not be able to cancel your order, so please try to let me know ASAP if you need to cancel.

Lost and Return Mail Due to Wrong Address

I am not responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address. Please check your shipping address is correct before checkout and contact me if you need to change it!

Damaged or broken items

I carefully inspect all of the items before they are shipped out. However, if you should receive item or package that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Dangly belly button rings may snag on clothing causing the jump rings to come open. Please take note of this and do not tug or pull on the jewelry. The charms can be re-attached by hooking them back on and closing the jump ring. We are not responsible for items damaged after they have been worn so please follow care instructions to preserve your piece 🤍 While this is an easy fix and I am happy to repair your item, shipping both ways must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for products broken after use.

- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry environment to increase the longevity of the product when not in use - Avoid contact with oils, bath products, and any other chemicals - Avoid swimming, showering, sleeping or working out in your jewelry - A soft cloth can be used to remove build up and improve shine - Although tarnish-resistant, only solid gold items are tarnish-proof, and repeated exposure to moisture can cause discoloration or tarnishing
