My package says that it is in "pre-transit"

Some packages have been staying in a "pre-transit" mode for longer than typical times after shipping, sometimes up to 7 full business days. If there are no updates in the tracking after 7 business days, please contact us.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been delivered. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for theft of delivered packages. Please contact your local post office for additional information.

Why does the color look different?

Our goal is to represent the color of our items as accurately as possible, but due to differences in screens and displays the color you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the actual item. Screen images are intended as a guide only, by placing an order you are acknowledging that there may be a slight difference and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

▸ What does gender neutral UNISEX sizing mean?
✺ Women – most find that they can still order their normal size. The t-shirts are meant to have a looser fit. If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest to size down.

✺ Oversized Look – for a trendy oversized look be sure to order in a larger size based on the measurements in the size chart.
