Where can I find my purchase?

For customers who purchased an instant digital download as a guest (for example, through Apple Pay), a link to download your files is included in the receipt email sent to you after your purchase.

What is included in my purchase?

Your purchase typically includes ZIP files that contain JPEG files. If the files are too large to be downloaded on the Etsy platform, your purchase will include a PDF document with a download link to a Google Drive where the ZIP files can be found. Also included in your purchase is a Print Guide, which provides step-by-step information on how to print JPEG files.

How can I open ZIP folders and download files?

For MAC users, simply double click the ZIP folder to extract the documents. For Windows users, right-click on the ZIP folder, and then select 'Extract All'. Follow the prompts to choose a location for the extracted files. Alternatively, right click on the ZIP folder and select “open with” and then “windows explorer”. Please note that these instructions may vary slightly depending on the version of your operating system.

Can I download my files from my phone?

No, currently your files need to be downloaded on a computer.

How do ratios and sizes work when printing the files?

I offer JPEG files in 5:7, 2:3, 4:5, 11x14, and 3:4 ratios. Each of these ratios corresponds to multiple sizes. For instance, a 2:3 ratio can be printed in sizes 4x6", 6x9", 8x12", 10x15", 12x18", 16x24", and 20x30". By providing different ratios, I ensure that you can print the file in the size that best fits your needs.

Where should I go if I want to write a review?

Can I use my own printer to print the files?

Your files are provided in a high-quality 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution. This is considered premium quality for printing purposes, ensuring clear and vibrant prints. You can certainly use your own printer. However, for the best results, we recommend using a professional printing service. In the US, services like FedEx Office, Staples, or Office Depot can be used. In Europe, services like Print24, Pixartprinting or Helloprint are great options. In Australia, Officeworks or Snap are good choices. Many large department stores also offer printing services.
