CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS/EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items are made to order and production begins shortly after purchase. For this reason, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or a misprint, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the full item showing the issue, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Please note that all delivery times listed in our shop are estimates. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your order shows as Delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier using your tracking number for assistance or to file a claim. We also recommend checking with neighbors and allowing a few extra days, as packages sometimes arrive shortly after being marked delivered. In the rare case a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’re happy to send a free replacement. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as buyers are responsible for reshipping fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Shirts & Sweatshirts/Hoodies: To keep your shirt looking its best, we recommend turning it inside out before washing in cold water (preferably on a gentle cycle). For best care, hang to dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting. Please avoid ironing directly on the design, and refrain from using bleach or dry cleaning. Tote Bags: Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat any visible stains with a stain remover. Gently clean with a soft bristle brush or a terry washcloth using warm water and mild detergent. Allow the bag to air dry completely. Mugs: Dishwasher safe, or hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap for best results.
